Details:
...SNOW AND STRONG WINDS ON WEDNESDAY MORNING...

.Rain will change over to snow overnight and into Wednesday morning
across much of the local area with increasing wind gusts of 40 to 55
mph at times. In combination with these strong wind gusts,
accumulating snow near and north of Interstate 90 will result in
slippery road conditions and visibility reductions. If you have any
holiday travel plans on Wednesday morning, consider delaying them
until afternoon when snow will exit the local area.

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3
inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast Minnesota and central and west
central Wisconsin.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to noon CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday morning commute. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.

* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.

* WHERE...Portions of central, southwest, and west central Wisconsin.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to 3 PM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
